About the Event

The purpose of this project is to explore the research around positive psychology and well-being with a small group of 6 to 8 people. We will also design personalized well-being projects to help us get through this very COVID winter.  

Month 1:  Meet weekly for one hour via zoom to identify interests, strengths, and well-being needs through inventories and design individual mini-positive psychology projects. 

Months 2 and 3: Meet weekly (or bi-weekly as desired) to implement our personalized projects and report on their impact on us in areas of meaning, happiness, and life satisfaction.

Meetings will take place via zoom for one hour a week with additional work to explore, design and do our own projects. A few of the positive psychology science-based practices that we will consider include Gratitude, Awe, Forgiveness, Mindfulness, Empathy, Compassion, Resilience, and Relationships.
